摘要
目前对油田抽油机节能电动机的节电效果国内还没有统一的测试方法 ,也没有评价标准。为了准确测试节能电动机的节电效果 ,根据抽油机的实际运行情况和有关国家标准 ,提出了硬特性节能电动机节电效果的测试和评价方法。用此测试方法 ,在试验室内测试了油田常用的 9个电动机厂家的节能电动机 ,并对测试结果进行了分析与评价 ,给出了不同种类的节能电动机的节电率。测试结果与分析表明 ,这种硬特性节能电动机节电效果的测试和评价方法符合实际情况 ,可以用于评价抽油机节能电动机的节电效果。
There is no means for testing accurately the effect of power saving motors on pumping unit. The authors offer a method for testing and evaluating the electricity saving effect of motors with hard characteristic. Motors provided by 9 manufacturers were tested in lab, and their power saving rates were given.
