摘要
高职教育重点突出学生职业能力的培养,本文结合企业销售人员职业能力要求,分析分销渠道管理课程的能力目标,采用项目化教学方式,突出企业实战模式,以企业销售部工作过程为导向,重新制定了分销渠道管理课程的教学过程,以真正提高学生的销售技能,满足企业的用人要求。
Higher vocational education focus on students' vocational ability, combined with the professional ability of the corporate sales staff requirements, analysis of distribution channel management courses, project teaching, outstanding corporate combat mode, the working process of the corporate sales departmentoriented, re-enact the teaching process of the distribution channel management, in order to truly improve their sales skills to meet the requirements of the employer.
