摘要
目的 :探讨心理康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复的影响。方法 :将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组 ,每组30例。每组均接受相同的康复治疗 ,但心理组同时强调心理康复治疗。然后进行两组治疗前后的指标评定。结果 :日常生活自理能力 ,生活质量的恢复心理组明显优于对照组 (P<0.01) ,抑郁指数积分心理组明显下降。结论
Objective:To study effects of psychological rehabilitation on the recovery of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods:Sixty hemiplegia patients with stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups .psychological and control group.30 cases in each group received the same rehabilitation treatment .The psychdogical rehabilitation were emphasized on thepsychological group as well.then the index were used to assess the punction after treatment.Results:Ability of daily life,the quality of life obviously improved ;showned significant gains compare with control group(P<0.01)HDS Inedx of psychological group were go down.Conclusion:Psychological rehabilitation is very important for the recovery of hemiplegia patients after stroke.
