摘要
采用柱前衍生气相色谱法测定了7种沼液中的游离蛋白氨基酸。结果表明 ,沼液中含有多种游离蛋白氨基酸 ,且含有多种人体必需氨基酸。该测试方法简便、低耗 。
Seven amino-acids in liquid derived from a methane generator have been determined by gas-liquid chromatography using pre-column derivation. The results showed that there existed a few amino acids in the liquid, and some of them are even essential to human being. The present method was simple, less-cost, practical and reproducible.
