铅锌冶炼企业实现生态化低碳发展模式 被引量:1

摘要 节约资源以谋求可持续发展,降低能消耗率以减少温室气体排放量,建设环境友好型社会已成为人们的共识。这对研究污染物排放大户的铅锌冶炼企业走生态化低碳发展之路有着特别现实意义。本文首先介绍研究背景,采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,先构建铅锌冶炼企业生态化低碳发展理论模型后,再通过对株洲冶炼集团的实证分析,进一步分析了铅锌冶炼企业存在的共性问题,最后提出了科学地设计、按设计进行改造、加强企业管理、依靠科技创新实现铅锌冶炼企业生态化低碳发展模式的结论。 It is essential to save resources for sustainable development,reduce energy consumption for controlling green gas emission,and protect ecology for constructing environmental friendly society,as are widely accepted common views.Based on these common views,it is of great consequence to research on this topic that how to reduce waste gas and water emitted by heavily pollution enterprises such as Lead and Zinc smelting enterprises(LZSEs).This paper firstly introduced research background which constructed a theoretical model of low carbon development for LZSEs by adopting the methodology of taking both theory and practice into consideration.Then this paper analyzed the common problems in LZSEs taking Zhuzhou Smelting Group as an example.Finally,this paper concluded that scientifically design,reconstruction based on design,efficient management,and science and technology innovation are possibly ways for LZSEs to realize low carbon development.
