The Research Advances of Solubility Enhancement Technologies of Curcumin

摘要 姜黄素在酸性或中性环境中溶解度低是其临床应用面临的最主要问题之一。文章综述了制剂技术在姜黄素增溶方面的研究进展,包括固体分散体技术、前体药物技术、包合技术、乳剂化技术、脂质体技术和微囊化技术等。 Low solubility of eurcumin in acidic or neutral conditions is one of the main problems in its clinical applications. In this paper, the research advances of preparation techniques of solubility enhancement curcumin, including solid dispersion technique, prodrug technique, inclusion technique, emulsion technology, liposome transfection technique and microencapsulation technique, were summarized.
