满足GB 16889—2008的垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液处理工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了渗沥液的特点及其处理方法,并以某生活垃圾焚烧厂采用厌氧+好氧MBR工艺处理垃圾渗沥液的工程实例,说明该工艺可确保在冲击负荷下出水水质达到GB 16889—2008排放标准。同时通过渗沥液处理产沼气量的计算产气量为263 m3/h,将这些沼气回喷至垃圾焚烧炉中发电,每年可增加经济收入113万元。 The characteristics of waste leachate and its treatment process were expounded. Taking one domestic waste incineration plant with leachate treatment system of anaerobic and aerobic MBR process as an example, it is illustrated that this waste leachate treatment process can ensure the outlet water meeting GB 16889--2008 under the circumstance of impact load. It is also showed that the production of methane gas is 263 m3/h, by calculation of methane gas production during the leachate treatment process. And the methane gas could be sprayed back to the incinerator to generate electricity, it could achieve 1. 13 million yuan per year.
