锥束CT在正畸治疗中上气道研究的应用 被引量:9

Application of Cone Beam CT for the Evaluation of Upper Airway during Orthodontics Treatment

摘要 随着医学影像技术的不断进步,CBCT以能获得更加简便、安全、有效的影像学资料而获得越来越多的关注。本文从下颌后缩患者矫形治疗前后及正畸正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者的上气道三维方向变化出发,对正畸治疗中上气道研究的重要性及CBCT在正畸领域尤其是上气道研究中的应用优势作一综述。 With the boost of medical imaging techniques, CBCT facilitates the imaging in a simpler, safer and more effective manner, which people paid increasingly attention to. We summarised the applications of CBCT for the evaluation of 3D upper airway change before and after orthodontic treatment, and the importance of CBCT in orthodontics treatments.
