摘要
对23个南洋楹种源进行PEG-6000浓度在轻度(10%PEG)、中度(15%PEG)、重度(25%PEG)的水分胁迫处理,测定脯氨酸含量,以期比较各种源之间的抗旱适应力。结果分析显示,在重度水分胁迫下,脯氨酸含量增幅较大的是s1、s3、c8、p12种源,增幅较小的是y1、y2、y3、y4、y9、p14种源。
There are 23 provenances of Paraserianthes falcataria from different regions under water stress with different polyethylene glycol concentration including the control, mild (10% PEG), moderate (15% PEG) and severe (25 % PEG) o Free proline content were respectively measured for filtering outstanding provenance with drought resistance. The results showed strong resistance under severe water stress were in sl, s3, c8 and p12. At the same time, the provenance yl, y2, y3, y4, y9 and p14 presented weak resistance.
