摘要
大跨度空间钢结构施工过程中的路径和时间效应对其内力发展和变形变化影响较大,应加以考虑和控制。本文以某异形曲面空间网格管桁架结构为工程背景,对实际施工过程进行应力变形监测,并采用有限元软件ANSYS,对主体钢结构进行施工全过程有限元模拟,通过对比分析实际监测值与模拟值,揭示施工过程中结构的应力与应变变化规律,判断施工过程中结构的安全与稳定性,为以后此类建筑的深入研究提供参考。
It should be considered and controlled that the "path" and "time" make a great impact on its internal force development and deformation changes in construction process of large-span space steel structure. In the engineering background of a certain special-shaped, profiled and spatial mesh Pipe Truss Structure,stress deformation of the actual construction is monitored. The whole construction process of main steel structure is simulated with finite element method by applying the FE software, ANSYS. By comparing actual monitoring value with simulation value, revealing the variation of stress and strain in the construction process of the structure, judging the safety and stability of structure in construction process, providing a reference for in-depth study of such buidings in future.
