摘要
介绍了杭州市林业科技推广工作现状,分析其存在体制不顺、机制不活,投入不足、储备偏低,研产脱节、推广不力等问题,提出了理顺管理体制,设立激励政策,加强科技成果储备,产研一体化的发展对策。
Presentations were made on current situation and achievement of forestry extension from mechanism, system and effect in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Facing challenges of mechanism, input, techniques, relationship between production and research, extenfion methods, manpowers, etc., countermeasures were offered.
