摘要国际医院感染控制委员会（ International Nosoco-mial Infection Control Consortium, INICC）是一家国际综合性非盈利的院内感染控制医疗健康机构，它依据美国CDC国立健康安全网（the US NationalHeahhcare Safety Network, NHSN）的院内感染定义对医疗结构的院内感染进行监测。1998年VictorD，Rosenthal教授在阿根廷创建了INICC，旨在帮助发展中国家的医疗机构建立完善的院内感染监测控制体系。INICC通过收集成员国医院的院内感染数据，对其进行汇总和分析，采取最有效的感控措施帮助发展中国家逐渐降低院内感染率。
