摘要
目的:探讨苦豆肾茶方对消痔灵所致慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠的治疗效果及作用机制。方法:采用消痔灵前列腺直接注射的方法制作大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型,观察苦豆肾茶方对造模大鼠前列腺组织病理形态及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。结果:苦豆肾茶方能减轻消痔灵注射引起的大鼠前列腺间质纤维细胞增生、抑制大鼠前列腺组织炎症细胞浸润,降低大鼠前列腺组织TNF-α、PGE2的水平(P<0.05)。结论:苦豆肾茶方对消痔灵引起的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有明显的治疗作用,其作用机理与降低TNF-α、PGE2生成,减轻局部的炎症反应有关。
Objective： To explore the effect and mechanism of Kudoushencha formula treatment in rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis induced by Xiaozhiling. Methods： The rat model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis was established by injecting Xiaozhiling in rat prostate dorsal lobe. Observe the effects of Kudoushencha Formula on the pathological tissue and the contents of tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- α ）, prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） and nitric oxide （NO） of rat prostates. Results： Kudoushencha Formula could relieve proliferation of the prostate tissue fibrocytes, inhibit infiltration of the inflammatory cells, decress the contents of TNF- α and PGE2 of model rats. Conclusion： Kudoushencha Formula is effective to rat with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis induced by Xiaozhiling. The mechanism is related with the production of TNF- α and PGE2 and local inflammatory reaction.
