摘要 利用铁尾矿渣制备烧结砖进行研究,通过原材料分析,确定试验配比、试件成型和烧成方案,对烧成收缩率、吸水率、显气孔率与体积密度、抗压强度等性能指标进行了研究和分析,利用XRD、SEM等分析手段对烧结砖内部微观结构进行分析,试验结果表明,利用铁尾矿可制备MU15以上强度等级的烧结砖。 This paper proposes the research program on sintered brick of iron-slag. The ratio of raw material,forming and sintered program of brick are determined. The performance indexes of shrinkage,water absorption,porosity,density and compressive strength of sintered brick are analyzed. And the microstructure is sintered brick of iron-slag is feasible. The sintered brick of more analyzed by XRD and SEM methods. It indicates the program on than MU15 grade of strength can be produced.
