摘要
面对外部经营环境的不断变化,企业战略转型已成为实践界的热门话题。相对于企业战略转型在实践界的应用而言,学术界中关于企业战略转型概念框架的研究相对缺乏。对此,本文以"企业战略转型"作为核心概念,在综合已有研究文献并考虑概念体系可操作性的基础上,从战略转型的表现形式、战略转型的实施路径和战略转型的典型模式三个方面探索了可以相对完整表征战略转型这一概念内涵的基本要素。首先,本文从过程与内容两个维度界定了战略转型的表现形式,在此基础上,本文根据战略转型的驱动主体,区分了"自下而上"和"自上而下"的两种战略转型实施路径;针对战略转型的方向与转型程度两个属性,提炼了激进型战略转型、渐进型战略转型、侵蚀型战略转型和结构型战略转型四种转型模式。最后,形成了战略转型的概念框架,并提出由该框所衍生的研究问题。
With the accelerated steps of global economic integration and the arrival of the information technology revolution, the world' s industrial structure is meeting re-adjustment and upgrading, and manycompanies are being faced with dramatic changes of business environment. Based on the above-mentioned background, enterprise' s strategic transformation is playing a significant role in practice and has an important influence on enterprise' s development and survival. However, compared with the application of enterprise' s strategic transformation into practice by the business community, academic research has a less relative lack of coherent meaning and conception framework of enterprise' s strategic transformation. In this paper, based on the previous research achievement, taking the concept system' s operability into account, we present "enterprises' strategic transformation" as a core concept, and explore a series of fundamental elements that can entirely characterize strategic transformation, including the manifestation of enterprise' s strategic transformation, the implement path of enterprise' s strategic transformation, the typical mode of enterprise' s strategic transformation. Firstly, based on the process and content of enterprise' s strategic transformation, this paper defines the manifestation of enterprise' s strategic transformation from a systemic perspective, including the change of enterprise' s strategic content, including the company layer, business layer and functional layer, and the change of strategic decision-making process. Secondly, based on the driving path of enterprise' s strategic transformation, we propose the implement path of top-down guidance and control, and the implement path of bottom-up proliferation and promote. Thirdly, based on the direction and degree of enterprise' s strategic transformation, this paper refines four typical modes of enterprise' s strategic transformation, including the mode of radical transformation, the mode of incremental enterprise' s strategic transformation, the mode of corrodible enterprise' s strategic transformation and the mode of structural enterprise' s strategic transformation. Lastly, based on the meaning, path, mode of enterprise' s strategic transformation, this paper presents the conceptual framework of enterprise' s strategic transformation. By building the conceptual framework of enterprise' s strategic transformation, the article reveals the critical theoretical problems connecting with the enterprises' strategic transformation, and this will encourage much more deep-going and systemic research on enterprise' s strategic transformation. According to the conceptual framework of enterprise' s strategic transformation, we can explore two crucial scientific problems about enterprise' s strategic transformation more deep than ever. The fist crucial scientific problem is "which factors can promote the enterprise' s strategic transformation?" Surrounding with the motivation of enterprise' s strategic transformation, the future research should distinguish the type of strategic transformation from various perspective, analysis and verify the influencing factors so as to structure the motivation mode of enterprise' s strategic transformation systematically and in-depth. The fist crucial scientific problem is "the effect of enterprise' s strategic transformation on its performance". Based on the conceptual framework, the future research should analysis and verify the differences of the performance influence effect of enterprise ' s strategic transformation based on the different transformation path, transforma- tion mode, and manifestation of strategic transformation, then explore the matching mode of the path, mode and manifestation of enterprise' s strategic transformation and build the optimal transformation strategy in the process of enterprises' strategic transformation.
