摘要
依据液压支架立柱的试验标准,利用有限元方法对ZY12000/28/63D型大采高液压支架立柱进行了1.5倍额定轴心载荷强度分析,1.1倍额定载荷、偏心30mm屈曲分析,得出ZY12000/28/63D型液压支架立柱的应力和变形分布模拟状况,为立柱的设计提供理论依据。
In according to the GB of column of the hydraulic support test standard, finite element was manipulated for column of ZY12000/28/63D hydraulic support by not only 1.5 times rated axis load strength analysis but also 1.1 times rated load and eccentric 30mm buckling analysis. Through analysis and simulation tests, the distribution and deformation of the column of ZY12000/28/63D hydraulic support were got. Thus, theoretical basis could be provided for the design of column about hydraulic support.
