摘要
永通公司2#高炉投产前期和正常生产期间存在着许多设备问题,制约了炼铁生产的正常发挥。通过技术人员的不断摸索和研究,对炉顶布料控制系统、高炉本体、炉前、卷扬系统、热风炉、干除尘系统、喷煤系统等进行了一系列完善和改造。通过对设备的不断整改、人员操作水平的逐步提高,形成了适合该高炉生产配套设备的基本设施,为高炉高产、稳产、低耗奠定了基础。
The 2 # blast furnace of Yongtong company has many equipment problem and restrict the normal production of iron daring the early and normal production. Through the technical personnel＇s trial and error and research, the control system to top cloth, the blast furnace, roll system, hot air stove, dry lift dust removal system, pulverized coal injection system and so on were improved and reconstructed. Through the continuous improvement of equipment, personnel levels rising, the basic facilities suitable for the blast furnace production equipment were formed to lay the foundation for the high and steady production and low consumption.
