摘要
介绍了一种车载充电系统开关电源的工作原理,并对其实际工作中的EMI问题进行分析讨论,利用仿真软件Hyperlynx对该系统的PCB板图进行了电磁兼容仿真分析,得到PWM信号所在网络的电压波形和EMC频谱图,仿真结果显示,增加线距、减小线长、减小介质层厚度、净化Aggressor信号和网络的合理端接将对开关电源EMI问题实现有效抑制,仿真所得结果对电路的合理设计和布局有指导意义。
The principle of a mode power supply on a vehicular charging system is introduced and the EMC problem is analyzed. The EMC problem of the PCB board were simulated by software Hyperlynx. The voltage wave-form and spectrum diagram of the net where the PWM signal is present is obtained. The simulation results indicates that adding line distance, reducing net length, reducing the thickness of the dielectric layer, purification of the aggressor signal and properly adjusting the termination of the net can effectively suppress the EMI problem of the switching mode power supply. The simulation results is of great significance for circuit design and layout.
