摘要
师生关系是教育过程中最基本、最重要的人际关系,目前高校师生关系仍存在不和谐现象,本文分析了不和谐师生关系的表现及原因,最后提出了构建高校和谐师生关系的策略。
The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and the most important interpersonal relationship in education process, the relationship between teachers and students in universities is still not harmonious now. This paper analyzes the performance and the reason of disharmonious teacher-student relationship, and finally proposed the construction of harmonious university teacher-student relationship strategy.
