摘要
随着经济全球化进程加快,世界进入了国际标准制约国际市场的时代,因此更突显出标准国际化的重要性。在对国际标准化组织、国际及铁路发达区域和国家的技术法规及标准体系和标准化战略、标准与专利的关系及其融合运作方式等方面研究的基础上,提出我国铁路技术标准国际化的措施建议。
With the acceleration of economy globalization process, the world enters into the era that international standards regulate international markets. Therefore, the importance of standards internationalization is more and more obvious. After studying the technical regulation and standard systems, standardization strategies of ISO, in- ternationally developed regions, regions and nations with developed railway systems and on the basis of research on the relationship and joint operation between standards and patents, the authors give the suggestions on the interna- tionalization of China railway technical standards.
