碘对比剂黏度对微循环的影响 被引量:37

摘要 随着CT技术快速发展,碘对比剂的应用越来越广泛,而由此引发的不良反应,如碘对比剂肾病、过敏样反应、微循环障碍等也越来越多。对比剂应用中的不良反应与多种因素有关,但其黏度与不良反应的相关性,是近两年的研究热点。现就碘对比剂的黏度与微循环关系的研究现状简要综述如下。
