由于微胶囊的精巧制作方法和魔术般的微妙功效,引起人们极大兴趣,其研究和应用方法方兴未艾。文章简述微胶囊技术的特点、制作方法,及其在食品工业中的应用。
Due to the ingenious method of making microcapsules and the subtle effect of magic,aroused great interest in its research and application methods in the ascendant.The article outlined the characteristics of the microencapsulation technology,production methods and their application in the food industry.
