硫酸镁用于剖宫产术后行硬膜外镇痛效果观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察硫酸镁用于剖宫产术后行硬膜外镇痛的效果。方法将90例行剖宫产患者随机分成A组:硫酸镁150mg+0.5%左布比卡因2ml;B组:硫酸镁200mg+0.5%左布比卡因2ml;C组:0.5%左布比卡因2ml;每组30例。术后随访72h,记录镇痛时间及不良反应。结果 A、B两组镇痛效果明显优于C组(P<0.05),术后24hA、B两组哌替啶用量明显少于C组(P<0.05),三组不良反应无明显差异。结论硫酸镁作为术后镇痛效果可靠。
