摘要
用X射线衍射方法,对采用固相反应方法制备的(Ba0.2Sr0.8)1-1.5yGdyTi1-0.5xZnxO3(x=0.03864,y=0,0.04,0.05,0.06)系列陶瓷样品的物相、结构和晶粒尺寸进行测量与分析,结果表明:(1)当Gd3+含量y 0.04时,(Ba0.2Sr0.8)1-1.5yGdyTi1-0.5xZnxO3的晶体结构分别属于空间群P432(207)、P23(195)的立方晶系,晶胞体积随y增加而略有减小(~0.6%);(2)当y=0.05,0.06时,晶体结构变为属于空间群P4/n(85)、P41(76)的四方晶系,晶胞体积减小量较大(~2.7%);(3)该系列样品主要是由尺寸在441~1222晶粒堆砌而成的晶相单一的陶瓷.
The physical phases, crystal cell parameters and crystal grain sizes of series ceramic samples (Ba0.2Sr0.8)1-1.15yGdyTi1-0.5xZnxO3 (x=0.03864, y=0, 0.04,0.05, 0.06) prepared by solid phase reaction are measured by X-ray diffraction method. The results was following: (1) for the Gd3+ contenty _〈 0.04, the crystal structure of the (Ba0.2Sr0.8)1-1.15yGdyTi1-0.5xZnxO3samples belongs to the cubic crystal system of space group P432 (207) , P23 (195) , and the cell volume decreases slightly (-0.6%) with y; (2) for y= 0.05, 0.06, the crystal structure turns to the tetragonal system of space group P4/n ( 85 ), P41 ( 76), but the cell volume decreases a little ( - 2.7%) ; (3) To each sample is a ceramic of crystal ~rain sizes being 441-1222А and single crystal structure.
