摘要
针对焦化装置焦炭塔的多种高温工况,应用CAESARⅡ应力计算软件,通过建立合理的应力计算模型,结合现场新老装置管道、管架的实际情况,对焦炭塔顶油气管道不同布置方案进行应力分析,以经济、合理、安全的原则进行管道走向及支架形式、位置的优化。
This paper presents the essential piping stress analysis theories.Aiming at the various high-temperature cases of coking columns in coking units,by means of CASER II,the stress calculation software,and by setting up reasonable stress analysis models,the paper has made stress analysis for various piping layout cases of the oil-gas line at the top of the coking column based on the actual conditions of the pipe routing and supports in the old and new plants at site.In accordance with the principle of being economic,rational and safe,the pipe routing,support type and support location have been optimized.By use of multiple methods to increase the piping flexibility such as application of guide supports,variable-force springs,constant springs and modification of pipe routing etc.,the optimal piping layout has been worked out and finalized,which accommodates the requirements from process,stress and piping design.
