摘要
给水管道单口水压试验目前应用广泛,针对现行规范中关于大口径管道单口水压试验的条文所存在的问题,结合工程实践和理论进行了有关孔口位置、试验压力、恒压时间、排气方式方面的探讨;介绍了中小口径管道的单口水压试验操作,分析了其对应的允许泄水量,讨论了单口水压试验和整体水压试验的关系。
Joint water pressure test is widely used for water supply pipeline detection.In view of the existing problems of the items in current specification for joint water pressure test of large diameter pipeline,combining theory with engineering practice,the operating condition of the test were discussed from the aspects of hole location,testing pressure,time of constant pressure,and air exhaust mode;the manipulation of joint water pressure test in middle and small diameter pipeline was introduced,and its allowed leakage was calculated at the same time.Finally,the relationship between the joint water pressure test and the whole pipeline water pressure test was discussed.
