摘要
目的 :观察布替萘芬乳膏剂治疗豚鼠皮肤真菌病的疗效。方法 :本实验共建立皮肤真菌病豚鼠感染模型 45处 ,分别是 1%布替萘芬乳膏治疗组 ,1%萘替芬乳膏治疗组 ,1%联苯苄唑乳膏治疗组 ,1%克霉唑软膏治疗组和空白对照组 ,疗程为 14d,药物治疗结束后观察复发状况。结果 :布替萘芬乳膏 10 d临床治愈率比联苯苄唑乳膏和萘替芬乳膏高 2 2 .3% ,但无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,与克霉唑软膏差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。治愈后继续观察复发症状 3周 ,布替萘芬复发数远小于其它各组药物。结论 :布替萘芬作为抗皮肤浅表真菌药物有很好的发展前景。
Betenafine is a novel antifungal agent of the class allylamine derivatives. It interferes with fungi ergosterol biosynthesis by inhibiting squalene into squalene epoxide, which is catalyzed by squalene epoxidases. The one percent betenafine cream was investigated for its activity against guinea pig derma tophytosis caused by Trichophyton mentagrophytes in comparison with those of clotrimazole, naftifine, and bifonazole. Topical butenafine showed excellent efficacy against dermatophytosis when it was applied once daily. The efficacy was superior to that of clotrimazole, there is a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). The therapeutic effect of betenafine was higher than those of naftine and bifonazole, but there is no significant difference among them ( P >0.05). The incidence of relapse rate of betenafine cream after topical treatment was lower than those of three reference drugs. Betenafine cream may have potential for the treatment of dermatophytosis in humans.
