摘要
针对普通高校分省招生计划编制问题,提出了一种招生计划二次分配模型。初次分配使用灰色模型计算招生计划基础值部分,二次分配借助模糊指标体系计算招生计划调整值部分。通过实际应用,证明该模型在提高入学机会的公平性和降低高校属地计划占有度方面具有积极的作用。
This paper proposed a model of secondary distribution for university enrollment plan.The initial distribution calculated the basic value of university enrollment plan using gray model and then the secondary distribution calculated the adjusted value of the plan using fuzzy index system.At last by putting the model into practice,it proves that this model can improve the fairness of education and reduce the degree of local enrollment plan.
