摘要
随着现代医学的快速发展,大量医疗电子设备运用于疾病的诊疗中,在医学工程的实践过程中需要对医疗设备故障进行精确判断并快速排除。由于医疗电子设备是由新技术、新电子工艺组合而成,因此工作原理较为复杂,对临床医疗电子设备的安全性、可靠性以及工程师掌握和运用故障诊断技术的要求更高。然而,目前我国医学工程师的专业技术水平参差不齐,所进行的日常工作多为技术含量较低的简单设备维修。距离快速处理常用医疗设备故障、保证医疗诊治工作顺利进行还存在一定差距,需要在掌握国内技术经验的基础之上结合国外经验提高医疗电子设备故障诊断技术和维修水平。
With the rapid development of modern medicine, a great number of electronic equipment have been used in diagnosis and treatment of the diseases. The accurate judgment and rapid removals of the faults of medical equipment are crucial in daily work of medical engineering. As medical electronic equipment are made with new technology and new electronic technology, they have complicated working principles, and the requirements for their safety and reliability and for engineers＇ mastering of fault diagnosis technology are much higher. The medical equipment engineers have different levels in technical expertise nowadays,and their daily work only involves equipment repair with low technique. So there is a long way for them to go in disposing medical equipment faults rapidly in order to ensure medical diagnosis and treatment to be carried out smoothly. The combination of demestic and foreign experience is needed for the improvement in fault diagnosis techonogy and maintenance of medical electronic equipment.
