摘要
吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)是根据肛垫下移学说发明.因该手术方法具有治疗效果显著,住院时间短,术后疼痛轻,愈合快,并发症少等优点,已作为一项新的外科技术广泛应用于临床治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ度内痔.本文拟结合国内外吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术的临床实践和对比研究,对这一手术方法的现状及发展进行综合阐述.
Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） is a new surgical technique that was developed based on the modern concept of internal hem- orrhoids. It has gained wide acceptance as the treatment of choice for grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids, because of less postoperative pain and faster return to normal activities. Here we perform a systematic review on the recent ad- vances in PPH for grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ internal hem- orrhoids.
