摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定复方选净散中水杨酸和苯甲酸的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.9)(55∶45),柱温为30℃,流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长233 nm,以外标法峰面积定量。结果水杨酸、苯甲酸分别在0.035 9~0.299 3 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),0.035 8~0.298 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 3)范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.14%(RSD=0.77%)和99.95%(RSD=0.95%)(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可快速测定复方选净散中水杨酸和苯甲酸的含量,可为质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of Salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Fufangxuanjingsan. Methods Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mmx 4.6mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of amixture of methanol and 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 (55:45) (adjusted to pH 3.9 with H3PO4) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min; the column temperature was 30℃; the detection wavelength UV 233 nm. Results The calibration curves of Salicylic acid and Benzoic acid was linear relationship in the range of 0.035 9 - 0.299 3 mg/mL (r = 0.999 8), 0.035 8-0.298 0 mg/mL (r = 0.999 3). The average recoveries (n = 9) was 100.14% (RSD=0.77%) and 99.95% (RSD=0.95%) respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple, quick and accurate for the simultaneous separation and determination of Salicylic acid and Benzoic acid in Fufangxuanjingsan.
