摘要
针对结构水平地震作用进行了理论分析,提出了底部剪力法这一计算方法,并指出《抗震规范》规定,当采用底部剪力法计算抗震作用时,结构的地震作用效应宜乘以增大系数。
The study has the theoretic analysis of the structural horizontal earthquake, points out the calculation method of the base shear method, and points out the provisions of the Seismic Regulation, that is, the increased coefficient should be multiplied with the structural seismic effect by adopting the base shear method to calculate the seismic effect.
