摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎为临床常见的难治性消化系统疾病,张杰教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎病因病机为虚、毒、瘀,脾胃亏虚为其本,内外合毒为其因,胃络瘀阻为其标,虚、毒、瘀互为因果,合而为患。治疗以扶正解毒化瘀为大法,以其经验方胃痞汤随证加味,在临床上将辨证、辨病相结合,疗效卓著。
Chronic Atrophic Gastritis（CAG） is one of the common gastrointestinal diseases and the common refractory digestive disease in clinic. Professor ZHANG Jie thinks that its pathogenesis includes deficiency, toxin and stasis. The main causes of the disease is based on the deficiency of spleen and stomach ,internal and external toxin and blood stasis, which interact and transform into each other. Therapeutic doctrine of CAG is to support vital Qi, eliminate toxin and circu- late blood. Weipi Decoction was proved a formula of treating CAG and had obvious curative effect.
