摘要
目的观察布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗成人哮喘的临床疗效与安全性。方法将60例哮喘患者随机分为两组,两组患者哮喘常规治疗相同,治疗组在此基础上雾化吸入布地奈德和沙丁胺醇。对两组的动脉血气、临床有效率、临床主要症状缓解时间、肺功能、激素用量等进行评价。结果治疗组于治疗后1 d、7 d动脉血气分析指标、临床有效率、临床主要症状缓解时间、肺功能、激素用量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组无一例出现不良反应。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化能明显改善哮喘症状,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules plus salbutamol on adult asthma and its safety.Methods Sixty patients with asthma were randomly divided into two groups： pulmicort respules plus Salbutamol inhalation treatment group including thirty cases and control group including thirty cases.The basic treatment drugs of the two groups were the same.Aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules and salbutamol was given additionly in treatment group.Arterial blood gas,clinical efficient rate,alleviation time of main clinical symptoms,lung function,quantity of hormone and so on were evaluated.Results In treatment group,at the first and seventh day after treatment,the index of arterial blood gas,clinical efficient rate,alleviation time of main clinical symptoms,lung function,quantity of hormone were significantly superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no side effect presented in the treatment group.Conclusion Pulmicort respules plus salbutamol inhalation can improve symptoms of asthma obviously,and have no obvious side effects,worth of clinical application.
