摘要
褪黑素是松果体分泌的一种神经内分泌激素,在生物钟、生殖、免疫、抗氧化等方面有重要作用。褪黑素及其受体通过其主要的理化性质和生物学功能,对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴发挥全线抑制作用。在不同年龄段抑制程度可能有所差别,其可能机制是下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能随年龄改变,对褪黑素的反应亦发生变化。研究褪黑素及其受体对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的作用,有利于发挥其在生物、医学、社会不同领域的优势。
Melatonin is a neuroendocrine hormone secreted by human′s pineal gland.which has an important influence on human′s biological clock,reproduction,immunity and antioxidation.Melatonin and its receptor function through their main physical and chemical properties with biological functions,and effect on hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis,showing completely inhibition effect.The performance for different ages may vary in the degree of inhibition.The possible mechanism is that the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis function changes with age and the response to melatonin also changes accordingly.Studiesof the effect of melatonin and its receptor on hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis function is beneficial to play its advantages in biological,medical,social and other fields.
