摘要
目的观察前列地尔注射液联合舒血宁注射液治疗老年缺血性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的40例老年缺血性结肠炎患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各20例。对照组给予抗生素及常规对症支持治疗。治疗组在前述治疗基础上加用前列地尔和舒血宁注射液。疗程结束后观察两组治疗前后症状、大便潜血、肠镜等的变化情况。结果治疗组腹痛、大便潜血恢复时间以及住院天数均比对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率、显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔注射液联合舒血宁注射液对老年缺血性结肠炎症状的恢复、肠黏膜的修复有促进作用,可用于老年缺血性结肠炎的临床治疗。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil fat emulsiom injection combined with shuxuen- ing injection on ischemic colitis. Methods 40 elderly patients with ischemic colitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti- biotics and conventional therapy and the treatment group was given alprostadil fat emulsiom injection combined with shuxuening injection therapy on the basis of the treatment for the control group. After treatment, the changes of ab- dominal pain,hemafecia and eolonoscopy before and after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with those of the control group, the length of days with abdominal pain and fecal occult blood positive were shortened and the re- covered conditions of mucous membrane were much better in the treatment group after treatment. Conclusion Alpros- tadil fat emulsiom injection combined with shuxuening injection may contribute to the recovery of symptoms and repair of colon mucosa for elderly patients with ischemic colitis,and can be conventionally used in clinical treatment.
