Oil string depth correction technique for pressure and initiation inside the oil tube

摘要 如何提高射孔深度的精度一直是射孔质量控制的难题,在油管输送射孔作业中油管内加压起爆导致油管柱的伸长,使射孔深度产生误差,直接影响施工质量。文章对油管柱进行受力分析和几种受力对油管柱长度的影响,提出了在实际操作中尽量减少深度误差的油管内加压起爆管柱校深技术,以此提高射孔完井质量,为油田的油气层精细开发提供技术保障。 It's always a difficulty to promote the accuracy of perforation depth in the control of perforation quality. Elongationof oil string is caused in the process of tubing conveyed perforation (TCP) when pressure and initiation is performedinside the oil tube, which would cause errors in the perforation depth, thereby directly affecting the works quality. Thispaper analyzes the stress of oil string and the impacts of various stresses on the length of oil string, proposes the stringdepth correction technique of pressure and initiation inside the oil tube, which can minimize the depth errors in the actualperformance as far as possible. With this technique, the perforated completion quality is improved, and technical guar-antee is provided for the fine development of oil field.
