摘要
对喷射成形经热挤压处理的Al12Si1CuO.4Mg共晶和Al20Si4NiCu1Mg过共晶合金的微观组织与性能进行了初步研究。发现:两种合金的拉伸性能随温度变化存在明显差异,是由其微观组织上的不同所决定,其中初生Si相的形貌、大小及其分布状况是关键因素。但需要指出的是过共晶合金中形成的Al3Ni相则是减缓其高温强度下降趋势的原因之一。
Microstrueture and properties of the spray deposited and hot - extruded eutectic A112SilCu0.4Mg and hypereutectic A120Si4NilCulMg alloys have been preliminarily studied using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, electron probe microanalyzer, x - ray diffraction and tensile tests. The results indicated that the two kinds of alloys exhibit obvious difference in tensile properties with the change of temperature. That is critically dependent on the morphology, size and distribution of the primary Si phase in alloys. But it should be pointed out that the formation of Al3Ni phase in the hypereutectic alloy is one of the reasons for retarding the tendency to drop its elevated temperature strength.
