摘要
自动采样系统在屯兰矿选煤厂投入使用后,有效地解决了人工采制代表性差的问题,极大地改善了采样人员的作业环境,减轻了工人的劳动强度。本文从自动采样系统的工作流程出发,介绍了其使用过程中存在的煤样抛洒、采样切割器停不到位、系统堵塞和弃样率过高等问题,阐述了通过改造解决了这些问题的方法,并通过数理统计学计算对重新设计、改造后的自动采样系统行进偏倚检验。
After the automatic sampling system puts into use in Tunlan coal preparation plant,effectively solves the poor representation problem of artificial sampling,greatly improves the operating environment of sampling personnel,reduces labor intensity of the workers.This paper from the workflow of automatic sampling system introduces the existing problems in the process of using such as the coal sample throwing,sample cutter stop is not in place,the system plug,disposable sample rate is too high and other issues,expounds the methods of solving the problems through the transformation,and by the calculation of mathematical statistics to the automatic sampling system after the re-design and transformation carry out bias test.
