摘要
中国和日本目前都面临着大学生就业难的问题,就业现状有着越来越多的相似性,主要表现为就业率低、热衷于报考公务员、就业观念保守。大学扩招导致学生素质下降,就业竞争力下降是两国大学生就业难的共同原因。区域发展严重失衡及制度性的障碍,限制,导致大学生就业区域和部门选择偏好,是中国大学生就业难的重要成因,而日本大学生就业难的主要原因在于经济形势恶化,削减了企业的用人需求。中日两国为应对大学生就业难都采取了积极的促进措施,相比较而言,日本的就业促进措施执行更为有力,日本的企业在承担促进就业的社会责任方面做得更好,值得我们学习和借鉴。
China and Japan are both faced with the difficulty of college graduates' employment. And their employment situations have so much similarities, including low employment rate, inclined to apply for government officials examination and conservative employment notions. The common cause is that the qualities of college students are lowering after universities' recruiting more students. The different cause is that the imbalance development between different districts and the institutional obstacles are main causes of difficulty of college graduates' employment in China. The worsening economic situation is the main cause of the difficulty of college graduates' employment in Japan. The two country governments have both taken positive measures to help college graduates' employments, but the measures implement in Japan is better than in China.
