摘要
目的:观察丹参酮、甲硝唑配伍治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予丹参酮、甲硝唑治疗,3次/d。对照组给予妇乐冲剂、螺旋霉治疗,3次/d。两组均7d为1疗程,服药2个疗程后复查。结果:治疗组有效率为95.59%,而对照组有效率为57.69%,经x2检验P<0.01,有显著统计学意义。结论:丹参酮、甲硝唑配伍治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效满意,值得应用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of tanshinone plus metronidazole combination in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group,the treated group received tanshinone plus metronidazole,three times a day.The control group was given Fule granule plus spiral mold,three times a day.Both groups were 7 days for a course,review after two courses.Results： The effective rate was 95.59% in the treated group,and was 57.69% in the control group,by the x2 test,P0.01,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion： Tanshinone plus metronidazole was effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,worthy of application.
