难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染与炎症性肠病

摘要 肠道菌群失调参与了炎症性肠病（IBD）的发病过程。不恰当的应用抗生素使肠道菌群失调，从而促进了难辨梭状芽孢杆菌（梭菌）增殖。随着普通人群梭菌感染率的升高，炎症性肠病患者，尤其是溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者的梭菌感染率也相应升高。正常人群的肠黏膜免疫系统可以耐受肠道正常菌群，而某些具有炎症性肠病遗传易感性的人群其肠黏膜免疫系统对肠道菌群失去耐受，从而引起一系列免疫反应，并最终导致炎症性肠病的发生。
