血尿酸对老年人冠状动脉病变的影响

摘要 目的了解血尿酸合并代谢综合征对老年人冠状动脉病变程度的影响。方法回顾分析204例冠脉造影的老年患者血尿酸水平以及其他代谢异常对冠状动脉的影响,分析其意义。结果冠心病组患者与对照组患者比较血尿酸显著增高,但按冠脉病变的支数分组后,多支病变组血尿酸水平高于单支病变组,但未达到统计学意义。随着冠脉病变SYNTAX评分的增高血尿酸水平也增高,且高危病变组血尿酸显著高于低危病变组。结论高尿酸血症是冠心病的一个危险因素,与冠状动脉狭窄程度和病变支数相关,对冠状动脉严重程度的预测有一定的价值。
