无氧功与肌电图MPF、IEMG

PERFORMANCE AND SINGNAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EMG DURING THE ANAEROBIC POWER TEST IN ADOLESCENTS

摘要 本文观察了44名男青少年运动员在1分钟无氧功实验中肌电图的变化,指出运动专项对无氧功下降有着明显影响,无氧功下降斜率可反映肌肉的抗疲劳能力。 Performance indices during the 60s anaerobic power test and their relationship to EMG of the vastuslateralic muscle were studied in 20 trained male subjects. The percent of power decreasc (PPD), slope coeff-icient of power decrease (SPD) and IEMG, MPF indexes were tested. Significant correlations were noted forPo5, MPF and IEMG for every subject during the short-term anaerobic work. PPD and SPD were correlatedwith percent of IEMG increase (PII) (r=-0.72, r=-0.71, P<0.05), respectively. We oberserved that thedistance runners' SPD value is lower than the dashers', significantly. The SPD can reflect the different abi-lity to resist fatigue during the 60s anaerobic test among the subjects. The results from this experiment rev-eales that the SPD, PPD and PII can reflect the fatigue of muscle during the short-term anaerobic workperformance. The absence of a similar relationship for the PPD, SPD and the percent of MPF decrease wasmeasured.
