摘要
目的 :提高 FMS设备故障诊断和排除的速度 ,加快维修需求的响应能力以及降低停机维修的费用 ,提高全球规范服务能力。方法 :将 FMS设备和监测计算机与 Internet相连 ,利用 L ab VIEW进行数据传输和分析 ,用 VRML 虚拟现实技术进行图象传输。结果 :提出了基于 Internet的 FMS远程故障诊断系统的总体框架及具体的信号采集和传输方法 ,建立了远程故障诊断专家系统。结论 :基于长春 5 5所 FMS设备的实验仿真证明了该总体框架和方法能够实现远程数据和图象传输 。
Aim:To increase speed of fault diagnosis and remove of FMS equipment,improve respond ability of maintenance requirement,reduce rate of maintenance and also advance criterion service ability in the whole world.Method:Using LabVIEW connect FMS equipment and monitor computor with Internet,implementing data transfer and analyse.,use VRML(virtual reality modeling language)implementing image transfer.Result:The general frame\|work of FMS remote diagnosis system based on Internet and specific method of sigal detect and transfer are presented,and also a fault diagnosis expert system is built.Conclusion:The experement emluator based on FMS equipment in Changchun 55 institute proved this proposed scheme and method can implement remote data and image transfor,and also can diagnosis and monitor condition of equipment in another place.\;\[
