摘要
目的:观察"伏九"穴位敷贴治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将125例患者随机分为"伏九"组41例、三伏组44例和三九组40例,"伏九"组在三伏、三九进行穴位敷贴,三伏组在三伏进行穴位敷贴,三九组在三九进行穴位敷贴。结果:"伏九"组总有效率为97.5%,三伏组为84.09%,三九组为72.50%;"伏九"穴位敷贴优于单独三伏和三九穴位敷贴,三伏穴位敷贴疗效优于三九穴位敷贴(P<0.05);且皮肤出现发泡的患者疗效优于皮肤未发泡的患者(P<0.05)。结论:"伏九"敷贴治疗变应性鼻炎有较好疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy for perennial allergic rhinitis in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice.Methods： One hundred and twenty-five patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into group A（n=41）,group B（n=44）,and group C（n=40）.In group A,acupoint application therapy was performed in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice.In group B,acupoint application therapy was performed in dog days.In group C,acupoint application therapy was performed in three nine-day periods after the winter solstice.Results： The total effective rates were 97.5% in group A,84.09% in group B,and 72.50% in group C.Acupoint application therapy performed in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice showed a better clinical effect than that performed in dog days and that performed in three nine-day periods after the winter solstice,and the acupoint application therapy performed in dog days showed a better clinical effect than that performed in three nine-day periods after the winter solstice（P〈0.05）.The clinical effect was better in the patients with skin blistering than in those without skin blistering（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint application therapy performed in both dog days and three nine-day periods after the winter solstice has a better clinical effect in treatment for allergic rhinitis.
