摘要
针对江西退耕还林工程实施过程中土地利用存在退耕地立地质量评价、科学土地利用规划、作业设计、补助期短、生态林划归公益林模糊以及荒山荒地造林技术、退耕地退耕后的管护等问题进行分析,并提出解决的对策。
The existing problems in the land using of the implementation of projects of converting cropland to forest in Jiangxi Province were analyzed, such as evaluation of land quality, scientific land use planning, operation design, short period of subsidies, ownership of division of ecological forest to public welfare forest, afforestation technologies on waste mountains and farmland, managements after converting cropland, and other series of problems. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
