摘要
目的了解广州出国留学生的心理健康状况及心理健康与性格的相关性,为提高留学生心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对236名出国留学生进行心理测量。结果 SCL-90各因子分均低于对照组和1986年全国常模(P<0.001),留学生心理异常率为14.40%,女学生强迫、抑郁、焦虑3项因子均分高于男生(P<0.01)。性格特点总体为外向且稳定,各项心理症状因子分与神经质N呈正相关,与内外向E呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论出国留学生心理健康水平好于对照组和全国常模,但个别心理问题应引起家长和社会的高度重视。
Objective To investigate the status of mental health and its relationship with personality of students study abroad in Guangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the status of mental health.Methods Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）were used to assess 236 students study abroad in Guangzhou.Results The scores of SCL-90 of students study abroad were significantly lower than those of college students in Guangzhou and the national norm（P〈0.001）,ratio for students study abroad who had serious psychological problems was 14.4%.The average scores of depression and anxiety,obsession were higher for female than those for male（P〈0.01）.Personality types tended to extroversive and steady.The scores of various mental symptom factors were positively related to neuroticism（N）and negatively related to personal dimension of extraversion（E）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The lever of mental health in Guangzhou students study abroad is better than that of those Guangzhou college students and the national norm.Society and parents should pay attention to individual psychological problems of students study abroad.
