摘要
基于动力显式有限元方法,研究了整体壁板填料辅助滚弯成形分析方法。为了评估动力显式方法分析准静态问题的动态效应,引入系统动能和内能的比值作为动态影响误差,给出了确定虚拟加载速度的准则,建立了整体壁板填料辅助滚弯成形动力显式有限元模型,并进行了应力应变分析,最后对显式建模方法进行了验证。由此,为整体壁板结构参数和成形工艺参数设计与优化、成形失效分析等提供了有效的分析手段。
Dynamic explicit FEM for roll bending of integrally stiffened panel with rubber filler is studied. In order to evaluate dynamic effect of dynamic explicit method for quasi-static problem, the ratio of kinematic energy to internal energy is introduced as dynamic effect error, and a crite- rion of virtual loading velocity selection is proposed. Dynamic explicit FEM model for roll ben- ding of integrally stiffened panel with rubber filler is established, and then stress and strain of panel and rubber filler are analyzed. Finally, dynamic explicit method is verified by static implicit method. This paper provides an effective analysis method for design and optimization of structur- al parameters and forming process parameters, and failure evaluation in forming.
