摘要 反求工程CAD建模数据点的获取技术,是利用相应的测量设备或扫描设备对测量对象进行测量或扫描,以形成产品三维实物模型的技术。目前使用最广泛的是光学测量法。该方法是一种非接触式方法,采用这种方法可进行全场测量,也可以逐点、逐线扫描测量。为了能够快速而准确地反映被测物体的面型特征,采用线扫描测量法。此方法的测量精度比投影光栅全场测量法高,测量速度比点扫描法快。 The acquisition technology of data point in CAD modeling of reverse engineering is using measur- ing devices or scanner devices to measure or scan objects so as to form three dimensional physical models of products. Optical measuring method is the most widely used method currently. It is a non-contact method which can scan the full-court, and also can scan point by point or line by line. In order to be able to reflect the surface characteristics of the measured object quickly and accurately, line scan measurement method is used. This mea- surement's precision is higher than the method of projection grating full-court measurement, and its measuring speed is faster than point scan method.
